BUILD is an eight-week program that can be completed with a small amount of equipment at home or in the gym with heavier weights! BUILD is all about getting strong and sculpting your legs, growing your glutes, and building your upper body with weight-based exercises.
This program is a digital download with specific workouts for those of you who need a simple yet effective weight training structure that delivers results; Each week you’ll have a total of 5 workouts to complete with a focus to isolate different muscle groups each session. Workouts will range from 30-60 minutes to complete.
All exercises come with video demonstrations.
