BURN is an eight-week program that is designed to help you develop important fundamental strength foundations whilst defining your body! These workouts only require a very small amount of equipment making this program easy to complete anywhere you’d like.  

This program is a digital download with specific workouts that will help you strengthen and define your whole body. You’ll have a total of 4 workouts to complete each week and these workouts can range anywhere between 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the workout and the intensity you chose to complete them at!

All exercises include video demonstrations.



BURN is a bulletproof system that is designed to work your muscles and get your heart rate going. You’ll be strengthening and working your whole body every session putting a lot of focus on core control and stability by using your own body as resistance most of the time. BURN can be tailored to any fitness level and is the perfect program for someone who is wanting to gain necessary strength foundations without having to go to the gym.


This program requires:

  • A set of dumbbells
  • Micro resistance band(s)

Make sure you save your program onto your device as your digital download link WILL EXPIRE!

With burn I felt myself getting stronger so quickly, while also maintaining a good level of fitness and just the right amount of challenge.
